Our service policies.
How we work, how fees are handled and how we look after your information. Version 2026-10-30-v1.
1. Terms & scope of service
Admin Provider provides the administrative assistance described in your confirmed service agreement. A website request is subject to review and acceptance. We confirm the scope, price, documents and payment arrangements before starting. We are an independent business, not a government agency, embassy or consulate.
Visa approval is not guaranteed. Decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Paying our service fee does not guarantee an approval, appointment date, job, business-name approval or other third-party outcome. Government processing is separate from our work.
Where a service requires a licensed or otherwise authorised professional, we must confirm an appropriate permitted service arrangement before accepting that work. General administrative assistance is not a substitute for regulated immigration, legal, tax or accounting advice.
2. Fees & offline payment
Admin Provider service fees and government / third-party charges are shown separately. Foreign charges are shown in the original currency and in TTD when an applicable conversion rate has been set. An unconfirmed fee or exchange rate requires a final quote. We confirm the total and disclose applicable express, late, delivery or other charges before you pay. No online card payment is collected on this website.
You pay Admin Provider the agreed combined amount so we can handle the agreed service and authorised third-party payments. Fees can change before confirmation. Existing requests retain their original recorded breakdown. Any subsequent price change requires your agreement.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed by Admin Provider after your request is reviewed. Do not send payment until you receive a confirmed quotation and instructions.
3. Cancellation & refunds
Admin Provider’s service fee is non-refundable once work on your request has started, except where required by law. Work starts when, following acceptance of the service and payment arrangements, we begin document review, preparation, typing, booking, design or another agreed task. Merely submitting a request does not by itself mean work has started.
To cancel before work starts, contact us with your request reference. Government and other third-party fees already paid are subject to the receiving organisation’s refund rules. Unspent third-party funds are accounted for separately and returned where due. We do not retain unused government funds simply because our service work has started. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Privacy & document handling
We collect account/contact details, requested service information, communications and policy-acceptance records to respond to enquiries and deliver agreed services. Depending on the service, supporting records may be needed. We request only information reasonably necessary for the task.
We share necessary information with the relevant government authority, appointment provider or other agreed recipient to perform the authorised service. Hosting and email providers process information to operate this website and send notifications; these providers or relevant authorities may process it outside Trinidad and Tobago. We do not sell your personal information.
Customer requests are accessible through an authenticated account and authorised staff access. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information but cannot promise absolute security. Sensitive documents should not be entered into open message fields or sent by ordinary email. Document uploads are not currently enabled; contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your records. We retain information only as needed to deliver the service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact aprovidertt@gmail.com or 868-326-0544 for privacy enquiries. We may verify your identity before responding to a request. A parent or legal guardian must authorise services involving a child’s information.
5. Your declaration & approval
You confirm that information is accurate, documents are genuine and you have authority to provide them. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving application answers and final documents before external submission. We may pause or decline work involving false information, missing consent, incomplete records or a service we cannot properly provide.
We do not require you to send passwords, banking PINs or one-time authentication codes. Where a government account requires your personal consent or signature, you must complete the required step yourself.
6. Appointments, delivery & completion
Appointment availability is controlled by the relevant provider. We confirm dates before treating a booking as secured. Missed appointments, customer delays and additional work are reviewed individually, and any extra charge requires agreement. Our turnaround begins only after the agreed documents and payment arrangements are in place.
Our tracker records Admin Provider’s progress, not government processing. “Service completed” means the deliverable or agreed action has been finished—for example, a document delivered or an application submitted with the agreed assistance completed. It does not mean a visa, passport, licence or registration has been approved.
For résumés, typing and design, the confirmed quote states deliverables, file formats, revisions and delivery arrangements. Third-party assets or additional revisions are not charged without agreement.
7. Questions & complaints
Contact aprovidertt@gmail.com or 868-326-0544 and include your request reference. Explain the concern and the outcome you seek. We aim to acknowledge complaints within three business days and provide a response or progress update within ten business days. This does not restrict any rights you may have to seek independent assistance or redress.
8. Website & account use
Keep account credentials private and sign out on shared devices. Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session and help protect forms. No optional advertising or analytics tracking is intentionally added by this theme. Do not misuse forms, access another customer’s records or upload unlawful material. We may restrict abusive use while preserving legitimate customer requests.
